There are so many WEDDING DIETS out there……what do you do?????

I know you want to look your VERY BEST for your WEDDING, but it’s not worth it to do a CRASH DIET, and then gain all the weight back plus more!!!

Here are 9 things you can start doing today that will help you with your WEDDING DIET. I promise if you follow these wedding weight-loss tips you will see immediate changes in your body.

Wedding Weight-Loss Tips to start losing weight NOW:

• Cut out all whole-wheat and flour products: instead, try spelt products such as Ezekiel breads and substitute brown rice pasta for wheat pasta.

• Cut out dairy products: you can still add a bit of lite cheese to a salad or veggies, but don't chug a glass of milk in the morning or have a bowl of cereal.

• Cut out sugar and processed foods: there are so many healthy snacks that you can make and use when you are out and about with your wedding errands. I have a ton of ideas and recipes on my site. They are delicious and simple to make.

• Cut out sodium: use salt free seasonings and fresh herbs to season your foods instead of high sodium marinades and sauces.

• Drink ½ your body weight in ounces of water: no gatorades, juices, sodas.

• Cut out the carbohydrate out of your last meal: Eat salad, veggies and protein.
