Do you have baggy, puffy eyes with dark circles under them? I'm going to give you 3 simple keys or ways to reduce or even get rid of those dark circles and puffy eyes. Consider these 3 step seriously.
1. How Much Sleep Are You Getting?
Its very possible that lack of sleep is your biggest problem. That's because most people today are so busy that they sacrifice the rest the body needs. Your age can also contribute to the problem and I'll cover that in a minute. So if your eyes look like smudge pots with puffy bags, help is here.
2. Maybe You Don't Drink Enough - WATER
Baggy eyes often result from the build up of fluid under them. This excess bag of fluid can be reduced dramatically if you drink plenty of purified water every day. Make sure it is not just tap water because it often contains contaminants that will add to your problem. Tap water can have toxins that end up in your body sometimes as bags.
Suggestion: Don't drink just any water. It must be water that is filtered thus purified. I found an excellent source of water filters that are very affordable and dependable. Check out CleanWaterPure.com. They have a nice selection that will ensure your home has clean, pure water for drinking and cooking.
3. Use an Eye Gel That Works and is Safe
The skin under the eye is very thin as compared to the face, so it needs special care. To increase the thickness of eye skin, it has been found that two things are important. 1. Peptides or protein fragments can promote the making of skin and fibers. 2. Antioxidants fight free radicals that cause damage to our body and of course the eye skin. The best type of antioxidants come from plants. Plant based antioxidants will help improve blood circulation and reduce those dark circles.
Research studies show that the above combination of peptides and antioxidants can produce some amazing results. For example, 65% of the volunteers for the study had very noticeable lessening or reduction of those terrible baggy eyes.
Not only that if you have puffy eyes and wrinkles listen to this: 62% showed the reducing of wrinkles and crow's feet. And 60% of those in the research group had dark-smudges they were no where to be seen. I found that to be amazing.
Here's My Suggestion for You to Do
If your health is good, you get a lot of sleep, avoid pollutants and drink plenty of clean water, you can get rid of puffy eyes and in less than two months. But take heed of this advice.
AVOID Harmful Ingredients
I say this in all seriousness, AVOID cosmetics and skin care products that have parabens, imitation preservatives, fragrances, mineral oil, any petroleum components, such as petrolatum, petroleum jelly and anything that will stretch your skin.
One more time do this: Get to Bed and Go to Sleep regularly, 6-8 hours every night; Drink Clean Water every day 6-8 glasses, check out the website on this and please avoid the bad ingredients in skin care. If you use the eye gel I use you would be making a smart move. -Margaret Bell
