Lemonade Detox Diet Plan - Cleanse And Detoxify Your Whole Body Naturally

The lemonade detox diet has become very popular in recent years and more and more people are using it as a natural way to cleanse the body and flush out the unwanted toxins. As well as this, it can also help you quickly lose weight and give you more energy, clearer skin and better digestion.

The idea behind this diet is to substitute all solid food with a specially made lemonade detox drink (consisting of water, lemon and many other ingredients such as cayenne pepper and ground ginger). By not eating any solid food, the body can save energy and focus on cleansing and rejuvenating itself.

If your body is not accustomed to fasting, it may not be a good idea to suddenly deprive yourself of all solid food for a whole week. Instead, its much better to start off with one or two days without solid food and slowly work your way up to the point where you can last for seven days or more.

Alternatively, a safer and more relaxed version of the diet involves substituting breakfast and dinner with two or three glasses of the lemonade detox drink. This allows you to have a healthy meal at lunchtime (as long as it doesn't contain processed, fatty foods) to help keep you going during the day.

Although not as effective as fully abstaining from solid food altogether, the relaxed version of the diet can still achieve the desired results but over a longer period of time. So instead of seven to ten days, it should be done for three or four weeks. This will ensure that you have given your body enough time to cleanse and rejuvenate itself.

As well as promoting circulation and eliminating harmful toxins from the body, the lemonade detox diet can speed up your metabolism and help you quickly burn off excess fat. Its a great way to improve your health and lose weight at the same time, without having to follow a complicated diet plan that requires specific foods and daily menus.

The only problem with this diet is that many people will find it too difficult to simply not have any solid food at all (especially if you have never done anything like this before).
